Vacancy available: dishwashing attendant (Edo)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Owan West, Edo. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
