Prep cook wanted in Barnes County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Barnes County, North Dakota. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
