Now hiring: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Hardin County, Ohio. You will work on residential new-build sites. You will strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; insulate and ventilate the roof void; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights. Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
