We are recruiting: we are hiring a groundsman in Mason County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers Ideal candidate: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting 5+ years on the tools preferred.
