We are recruiting: rigging foreman (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Andrews County, Texas. You will work on an offshore oil and gas platform. Your main tasks: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
