Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Catron County, New Mexico. You will be based on a construction site. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Working-at-height certificate an advantage The role involves apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
