JCB operator — Pueblo County

Join our team: we are hiring a JCB operator in Pueblo County, Colorado. The role involves: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery 5+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
