PVC window installer — Polk County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a PVC window installer in Polk County, Wisconsin. You will be based on a window-and-door production line. You should have: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges The role involves: • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame Rotating shifts.
