Insulation installer — Dinwiddie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an insulation installer in Dinwiddie County, Virginia. The job is at an industrial plant. The role involves: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
