Your main tasks: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Part-time with flexible hours.
