The role involves balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench. Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
