Presser wanted in Geauga County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a presser in Geauga County, Ohio. You will work in a busy laundry. Day-to-day duties: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
