Electrostatic spray painter wanted in Bremer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Bremer County, Iowa. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
