Now hiring: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Catron County, New Mexico. The job is at a food processing unit. What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Willing to work rotating and night shifts The role involves: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Six days a week, one day off.
