CNC programmer-operator • Union County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Union County, Illinois. You will work in a toolroom. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges On a typical shift you will run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
