Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Ogbadibo, Benue State. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
