Line cook — Washington County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Washington County, Mississippi. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
