On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
