Plant operator — Cass County

Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in Cass County, Iowa. You will be based on a pipeline and trenching crew. The role involves: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up Requirements: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
