Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Marin County, California. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Your main tasks: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
