Dough maker wanted in Cumberland County

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Cumberland County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
