Concrete pump mate — Corson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Corson County, South Dakota. Day to day you will float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer. You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
