Quality control inspector — Sumaila

Join our team: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Sumaila, Kano State. The job is in an automotive parts factory. You will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges. Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
