Membrane applicator • Pickaway County, Ohio

Immediate opening: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Pickaway County, Ohio. You will be based on a construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
