Production welder — Henry County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production welder in Henry County, Kentucky. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. The role involves: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator You should have: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
