Dough maker wanted in Aransas County

What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
