Meat trimmer — Clay County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Clay County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders 1+ years on the tools preferred.
