Elevator service technician wanted in Chaves County

Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Chaves County, New Mexico. You should have: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance The role involves: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
