Single needle operator — Greeley County

Now hiring: we are hiring a single needle operator in Greeley County, Nebraska. The role involves inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. Requirements: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Performance bonus on top of base pay.
