Rebar fixer — Bristol County

Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Bristol County, Massachusetts. You will work on a commercial tower construction site. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire On a typical shift you will install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
