Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Part-time with flexible hours.
