Bakery assistant — Tulare County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Tulare County, California. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
