Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Owo, Ondo State. The role involves: • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules We offer ₦65,000 per month plus benefits.
