Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Chisago County, Minnesota. The job is in a car refinishing workshop. Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Day-to-day duties: • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
