Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Portage County, Ohio. Requirements: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Day-to-day duties: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
