Vacancy available: bricklayer (Cross River State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a bricklayer in Calabar South, Cross River State. You will be based at a groundworks and structures site. On the job you will handle: • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Performance bonus on top of base pay.
