You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
