Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Van Buren County, Iowa. You will work at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations.
