Join our team: we are hiring a wheel alignment technician in Calhoun County, Texas. You will be based at a car service centre. Ideal candidate: • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Valid driving licence for mobile fitting roles • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer Day-to-day duties: • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
