Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Washington County, Oklahoma. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
