Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Baca County, Colorado. On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters Ideal candidate: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Full-time with occasional weekends.
