Head baker — Cheshire County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Cheshire County, New Hampshire. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Overtime paid at a premium rate.
