Fine-dining server — Wyandot County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Wyandot County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel The role involves: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins 4+ years on the tools preferred.
