Powder coater — Ottawa County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Ottawa County, Kansas. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
