Grill cook — Mercer County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Mercer County, Ohio. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases 1+ years on the tools preferred.
