Vacancy available: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in El Dorado County, California. The job is on commercial flat-roof projects. What we are looking for: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience The role involves carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; insulate and ventilate the roof void; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
