Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Adams County, Ohio. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
