Backhoe loader operator — Wayne County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Wayne County, Michigan. You will be based on a busy construction site. Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings You will keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely.
