Heavy equipment operator (dozer) — Broome County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Broome County, New York. You will work at a civil contractor's yard. You will maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; refuel the machine and record running hours; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Pay around $15 per hour, based on your experience.
