Nursery worker — Richmond County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a nursery worker in Richmond County, New York. You will be based in a residential garden complex. Day-to-day duties: • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Happy to work outdoors in all weather Rotating shifts.
